This Cabin is located in Lyman Utah, a quaint little town located between Capitol Reef and Fish Lake. With over 2300 square feet and a fenced in yard, with enough room for 10 people to stay. There are numerous fruit trees and other large trees in the yard that provides shade on a hot day. This cabin has an upstairs and downstairs with 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main level has a large beautiful kitchen and is stocked with your basic cooking needs. The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom with a tub and stand in shower. In addition to the kitchen and master bedroom the upstairs has a large living room with high ceilings, two more bedrooms and a bathroom. Down stairs you will find a family room/game room with two more bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk in shower. Downstairs is a washer and dryer for your use. There is also an outdoor fire pit for a relaxing evening outside. If you have horses and need a place to keep them, there is a small pasture next to the cabin that can be used upon request. We have a TV with a few Stations and a DVD player. There is also wi-fi access. Lyman is located at the base of Thousand Lake Mountain 3 miles east of Loa the largest town in Wayne County where you can find places to eat, a grocery store, gas stations, national forest office and other stores. It is also 13 miles from Torrey, where you will find bars, restaurants, and other events that go on through the summer. If you want to experience the surrounding area, Lyman is a great central location. It is about 23 minutes to Capitol Reef National Park and 25 minutes to Fish Lake. There are also many hiking and atv trails in the surrounding mountains. Lyman is within an hour drive to numerous fishing and hunting opportunities. For example, there is world class fishing and hunting on the Boulder, Fish Lake, and Thousand Lake mountains. If you are willing to drive a little farther you can do day trips to Lake Powell, Goblin Valley State Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Staircase National Monument, Canyon lands National Park, and the San Rafael Swell.

Lilac Cottage Description Lilac Cottage is a wonderful cottage in Bicknell, UT. Capital Reef National Park is 20 minutes away along gorgeous Highway 24. This home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a brand new kitchen and bathroom easily accessible to all guests. The second bedroom and bathroom is a more private suite addition with doors to the outside. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking pots, pan, utensils, BBQ grill utensils, dishwasher and food containers. There is an outside propane grill. The pantry has lots of storage and a washer and dryer. Detergent is supplied. The cottage has a king size bed and a queen size bed to accommodate 4 guests. The couch can sleep one adult or two small children. All linens are supplied. The yard is large and has lots of private areas. Even a hammock! There is a lovely covered back porch on which to relax and take in the view of Bicknell Bottoms and Boulder Mountain. There are yard games available which are shared with The Little House, ID # 4507406, another guest rental on the property. The Little House can also be rented for additional guests if you are looking for a family reunion spot. Please Note: there is no air conditioning, however, after living in this home for a year during one of the hottest Summers, I found I never needed it. It is well insulated with large shade trees. Temperatures cool down to 45-55 at night, cooling things down to maintain a pleasant temperature.

Theater House is a 100 year old home that has been totally renovated and remodeled in 2017. It is located in the middle of town next to the Bicknell Theater. There are two private bedrooms with queen beds and a gorgeous bathroom with plenty of storage and a glassed wall shower. The South bedroom is smaller but comfortable with a large closet. A chest of drawers is located inside the closet. The views from the windows are wonderful. The North bedroom is larger with French doors leading to the back patio. It also has a large closet with chest of drawers inside. A convenient mudroom is located at the back entry with full size washer and dryer, coat racks and bench along with a handy folding area. The kitchen is brand new with lots of storage, amenities, pots and pans, oven cookware, utensils, glassware, dishwasher, garbage disposal, oven, cooktop and refrigerator. The kitchen looks out into the dining and living room areas. The dining room seats 6. The living room is cozily situated around an electric fireplace and TV. Again, gorgeous views from the windows. The Sweetgrass Studio a 1000 sq foot retreat 12 miles from Capitol Reef National Park + 22 NP/SP/Museums within a 3.5 hr drive. It's located above a Coffee House and Gallery. The SG Studio building was built in 1873 as a mercantile, turned dance hall & school in the early 1900s. In 2005 restoration began, honoring the original historical period. All interior walls, floors & doors were constructed by a master woodworker & former owner. Wayne County is where to shorten your bucket list. The space The apartment is upstairs. Is is accessed by a staircase inside the front door. Because of its age, the second floor is not handicap accessible. The space has an open floor plan with kitchen, living and dining in a common area, and a loft. The ceiling is high and at its perimeter, angles with the pitch of the roof. The window sills are exceptionally deep due to the structure of the old stone buildings’ walls which are almost 18” thick. This all adds up to be a very dramatic and interesting space! The views are both of the town of Bicknell and the gorgeous landscapes. There is one private bedroom with a queen bed, ample closet and chest of drawers. Extra guests can be accommodated on the queen size sofa bed. There is one large bathroom with plenty of storage, a long cast-iron tub with shower. There is a generous sized loft above the bathroom. The loft is an interesting nook overlooking the apartment. It has 2 Twin XL mattresses and bedding. It is accessed by a ladder. You can find this in the pictures. The beds, mattresses and linens are of high quality for a good night’s sleep. A large-screen TV in the living room with movies provided. There is an additional of $25/guest over 4 guests, per night. The house is 750 square feet. It does not have air conditioning, but each room has a ceiling fan. At 7100 feet elevation it usually cools down quite nicely. There are electric heaters in each room and a fire place in the living room. We do have wifi. A small coffee machine is provided and there are a limited number of cooking necessities. There is a cook stove, microwave and refrigerator. Pets are ok if they don't shed or sleep on the beds, but don't tell my wife. Please be considerate of our place and clean up after them. This is a very diverse, rural area. The main grocery store is 17 miles away in Loa, UT. In the summer in Torrey, from April thru October, there is "The Chuck Wagon" open every day, where you can get necessities, basic foods. There is 1 liquor store in the county, in Bicknell about 6 miles away - again not open on Sundays. You can get beer at The Chuck Wagon, though. GUEST ACCESS In most cases, our vacation home will require a self-check in. You will be given a code for entrance prior to your arrival. There are friendly residents close by for any questions or emergencies but the cabin has a private setting with quiet solitude. We don’t live on site at this property. THE BUNKHOUSE - This uniquely decorated cabin-$75 (625 sq. ft.) is finished with Blue Ponderosa Pine (nature's barn wood). This one bedroom (queen) has room for more guests in the gathering room. There is a futon bed and three throw-down mats (tri-fold). A small kitchenette for light cooking. Sleeps 5 people if needed. Unique decor combined with acid stain floor, tongue & groove makes it a one-of-a-kind base camp for your Southern Utah adventure. The Bunkhouse features wood paneling walls and ceiling. Mats and bedding provided. The Bunkhouse has its own bathroom. There is a small kitchenette (sink, 2 burners, small fridge) in this unit, but also has an outdoor kitchen area with grill and picnic tables in the pavilion. There are basic pots and pans to cook with in the Bunkhouse. These units do not have AC, but it is rarely needed at 7000' elevation. There is not internet service (but I can use my cell phone service if I walk out to the corner of the property). We are in rural Utah. There is not cable, but there is a TV and DVD player for your movies. This unit sleeps 2 adults and 3 adults/children in the common area. Our Utah family retreat is an ideal base camp for your Southern Utah Adventure (from 2 to 30 people!). It's the perfect location for youth conference, girls camp, scout camp, youth camp, family reunion, trip with friends, etc. It is the gateway to Bryce Canyon National Park and Capitol Reef National Park. Our property is on the edge of the town of Koosharem right on the Paiute ATV trail and close to National and State Parks. We are 3 hours from Salt Lake City and 4 1/2 hours from Las Vegas. We have beds for 14 people and sleeping for another 4 people (hide-a-bed, futon, thick ground mats). You may sleep more with your own bedding on the floor, and in one of our two campsites, a small tipi for 2, or your own RV (we have power, water and RV dump). The rate is $269/night for up to 15 people. The charge is $9/person per night beyond 15 (children ages 3 and under are not required to pay). The property consists of the following: 1. The Cabin (600 sq. ft.) features a wood burning stove and full kitchen. A one-bedroom (queen bed) that boasts a barn wood frame bed. There is also a hide-a-bed couch in the living room for the kids. There is not cable, but there is a TV and DVD player for your movies. This unit sleeps 2 adults and 3 children. 3. The Shop Bedroom, this unique combination of the old barn wood and new barn wood (Blue Pine) consists of two sets of bunk beds (for 4 people) and a queen bed (for 2). Bedding provided. The queen bed area has a privacy curtain as do each bunk bed. There is a 3rd bathroom (a separate free-standing building just outside The Shop Bedroom) that serves the guests in this unit. There is not a kitchen nor living area. There is no AC, nor internet. There are power outlets to charge your cell phones. Sleeps 6. 4. Vintage Travel Trailer (sleeps 2). There is not a bathroom in this small trailer. There is a 3rd bathroom (a separate free-standing building just outside The Vintage Trailer) - The Outhouse. There is not a functioning kitchen, nor supplies in this unit to cook. Please use the grill in the outdoor pavilion. Sleeps 2. 5. Authentic Covered Wagon (for 2). This covered wagon is equipped with a queen bed. You could also sleep a child on the floor, but you'd need your own sleeping bag and mat for the floor. There are steps to enter the covered wagon. There is not a heater in the covered wagon so watch the weather as your trip approaches and decide who gets to sleep in the covered wagon. There is a 3rd bathroom (a separate free-standing building-The Outhouse) that serves the guests sleeping in the covered wagon. There is no electricity in the covered wagon. Sleeps 2. 6. We also have a two campsites with fire pit and picnic table. We also have one RV pad with power, water and sewer and a small tipi. The price is $269/night for up to 15 people. Children under 3 do not count as a paying guest. For each person above 15 there is an extra $9/person per night charge. There is a one time cleaning fee of $145.
